The new Pilsner Urquell 0.3l glass with inscription

Description

The new Pilsner Urquell 0.3 l glass was created in the workshop of Rony Plesl, one of the most successful and well known Czech glass makers. Its grooves correspond to the historic tradition of Czech design, and it has been designed in such a way that everyone can fully enjoy their draft beer in it. The wider shape also makes it easier to tap the beer correctly into the glass, and the 30 mm smooth top edge makes it possible to create a sufficiently thick, rich foam on the beer.

Foam is very important for beer, because it acts as a natural lid that protects the beer from oxidation. The Pilsner Urquell lager in this glass will long maintain a perfectly balanced taste, aroma and ideal temperature.

Pilsner Urquell even won first place for this new glass in a contest to select the best design for 2014, which is awarded each year as part of the Annual Pivo, Bier & Ale magazine awards.
