Before Czechs had glasses, we had growlers. They got their name from the ‘growling’ sound of the carbon dioxide escaping their lids. Our stopper means they don’t growl anymore, but they do still have their use. They’re perfect for filling up at your local bar to enjoy the fresh taste of Pilsner Urquell at home – our very own take-away cup from the 1800s!
